By using Mazeed General Maintenance's services or contacting us through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before requesting any service.
1. Scope of Services
Mazeed General Maintenance provides the following services for residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi:
- Plumbing — leak detection, pipe installation, drainage repair
- Electrical works — distribution panels, wiring, lighting, emergency repairs
- AC maintenance — periodic servicing, gas recharge, fault repair
- Painting — interior and exterior, villas, apartments, and offices
- Gypsum & decor works
- Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
2. Pricing & Transparency
We believe in complete pricing transparency. We commit to:
- Providing a detailed written quote before any work begins
- The agreed price is the final price — no hidden fees, no last-minute additions
- If unexpected additional work arises, you will be informed immediately and your approval sought before proceeding
3. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in advance
- For large projects, phased payment plans can be agreed in writing
- Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit card
- The service is not considered complete until full payment is received and the client signs off
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Please notify us of appointment cancellations at least 24 hours in advance
- A compensation fee may apply for late cancellations (less than 12 hours) or no-shows
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in emergency situations with prior client notice
5. Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our work and back it fully:
- All work is covered by a written warranty on both parts and labour
- If a fault recurs within the warranty period, we return and fix it at no charge, no questions asked
- Warranty duration varies by work type and is specified in the quote
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or third-party interference
6. Emergency Services
- We provide an emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Additional charges may apply for call-outs outside standard working hours (6 PM – 8 AM)
- Our emergency coverage includes: severe water leaks, power outages, and critical AC failures
- We target a team arrival time of 30–60 minutes within Abu Dhabi
7. Limitation of Liability
- Mazeed General Maintenance is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits
- We do not accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse of or interference with completed works
- Our liability is limited to the value of the agreed completed work
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi. We always seek to resolve disagreements amicably before pursuing legal proceedings.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following publication of any changes constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms. Please review this page periodically.
